ive followed his artistic career for years now. but i never did get a chance to see any of his shows at galleries around los angeles.
im completely shocked and saddened by this
of contemporary artists working these days -
he is the one person who i loved from the beginning and always have his work posted around me.
he has been a continuing pressense in my art and in my vision.
and also has led me to want to do art videos as well.
his notoriety in films and celebs did not hinder his work, but make him work even more.
i really cant believe this...the artist is Jeremy Blake---some of his most known works was when he worked on the film Punch Drunk Love - and did the artwork for that film
he also did work on the Beck cd "Sea Change" designing covers and making an awesome Music Video - of his digital video artwork ----------------------this is the video he made for Beck
